• Transparent pricing

  Project pricing is quoted before work begins. You will receive a clear scope, deliverables list, and total price so nothing is a surprise.

• Milestone payments

  Payments may be split into milestones depending on the project. Larger publishing packages typically use a 50% deposit and 50% before final delivery, or scoped milestones for multi-stage work.

• When work begins

  Work begins after payment (or the agreed deposit) is received. Timelines are confirmed after kickoff so scheduling matches your book's actual scope.

• Refund policy

  Refunds depend on the amount of work already completed. Completed services, delivered files, editing work, design drafts, formatting, and consulting time may not be refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, we prorate based on the work already performed.

• Author approval

  Authors approve major stages before final publishing support — including editing rounds, cover direction, formatting proofs, and platform setup. Nothing is published without your review and sign-off.

• No sales or ranking guarantees

  Sales, rankings, reviews, and bookstore placement are not guaranteed. Our service is to prepare and publish your book professionally. Post-launch performance depends on genre, marketing, pricing, author platform, and distribution strategy.

• Payment security

  Payments are processed through a secure Payoneer payment link. Global Publishers House does not collect, view, or store card numbers, bank details, or sensitive payment information.

• Confidentiality

  Manuscripts and project details are treated as confidential and are not shared, published, or distributed without your permission.
