1. Who we are
Global Publishers House (“GPH”, “we”, “us”) is an author services studio providing editing, book design, publishing preparation, and marketing support to independent authors.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries made through it.
2. Information you give us
When you complete an enquiry or consultation form we collect the information you enter, which may include:

- →The service you are interested in and what you tell us about your book
- →A manuscript link or an uploaded manuscript file, if you choose to send one
- →Any further correspondence you send us by email, phone, or message
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- →Reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
- →Assess your manuscript and prepare a scope and quote
- →Deliver services you engage us for, and communicate about that work
- →Keep records required for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution
- →Improve our website, service pages, and the clarity of our offer
5. Your manuscript and your rights in it
Your manuscript remains yours. Sending it to us does not transfer, license, or assign any copyright or publishing right to us.
We use manuscripts and excerpts only to assess scope, prepare a sample or quote, and carry out work you have engaged us to do. We do not publish, share, sell, or use your manuscript for any promotional purpose without your explicit written permission.
Manuscripts sent with an enquiry that does not proceed are deleted from our working systems on request, and in any case within 12 months.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where necessary, with:
- →Editors, designers, proofreaders, and narrators contracted to work on your project, each bound by confidentiality
- →Service providers who host this site, host our files, send our email, and process payments
- →Professional advisers, or authorities where we are legally required to disclose
7. Storage and security
Information is stored on access-controlled systems provided by reputable hosting and cloud providers, and may be processed outside your country of residence. Access is limited to people who need it for your project.
No transmission over the internet is completely secure. Please do not send unpublished material you consider highly sensitive through a web form; ask us for a secure transfer method instead.
8. How long we keep information
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Project files and correspondence for completed work are kept for up to 7 years where required for accounting and professional records. Manuscript files are deleted earlier on request.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

10. Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies and storage needed to serve pages correctly, plus any analytics or advertising measurement we describe here when enabled. Where consent is legally required for non-essential cookies, we will ask for it before they are set.
11. Contact and changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date below. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be highlighted on this page.
